Francoise Marthe Barton 
Francoise Marthe was born in 1653 in St-Michel, Poitiers, Poitou, France.1 Francoise Marthe's father was Jacques Philippe Barton and her mother was Renee Pitre. She was an only child. She died at the age of 46 on August 13th, 1699 in Montreal, Ile-DE-Montreal, PQ, Canada.1 
‌Francoise Marthe and Joseph were married in a religious ceremony on August 7th, 1670 in Montreal, Ile DE Montreal, Quebec.1 They had five sons and eight daughters, named Pierre, Jean Baptiste, Louis, Paul, Joseph, Marie Francoise, Elisabeth, Anne Angelique, Genevieve, Barbe, Madeleine, Madeleine and Therese.
