Alexis Baril 
Alexis was born on October 18th, 1709 in Batiscan (St-François-Xavier), Champlain. Alexis' father was Jean Baril Baricourt and his mother was Marie Catherine Dessureaux. His maternal grandparents were Francois Dessureaux Dit Laplante and Marie Bouart. He had six brothers named Ignace, Joseph, Antoine, Francois Ambroise, Gervais and Jean-Mariem. He had nine half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Louis, Jean Baril, Francois Baril Dit, Mathurin Baril Dir, Jacques, Jean, Joseph, Pierre, Thomas, Catherine, Anne and Marie. He died at the age of 36 on January 16th, 1746 in St-Pierre-Les-Becquets, Cté Lotbinière. He was buried on January 17th, 1746 in St-Pierre-Les-Becquets, Cté Lotbinière.-
