Eleanor was born about 1000 in Normandy.  Eleanor's father was Duke  Richard II ( "the Good") de Normandy and her mother was Judith de Bretagne.  Her maternal grandparents were Conan I Duke Of Bretagne and ErmangardeD' Anjou Duchess of Bretagne. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Richard III , 5th Duke, The Devil, Robert "the Magnificent", Alice (Adelaide) and Stephanie. She had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Richard III, Papia, Papia and Eléonore de.  She died about 1037.
