Sibilla Maud was born in 1108 in Kempsford, Gloucestershire, England.  Sibilla Maud's father was Ld. Patrick de Chaworth and her mother was Matilda Hesdin.  Her paternal grandfather was Hugh Chaworth; her maternal grandparents were Ernulf Seigneur deHesdin and Emmeline Normandy. She had a brother named Patrick.  She was the younger of the two children. She had a half-sister named Sibilla or Maud.  She died at the age of 39 in 1147 in Near The Choir, Bradenstoke, Wiltshire, England.  She was buried in Priory, Bradenstoke, Wiltshire, England.
