Hugh Willoughby 
Hugh's father was Edmund Willoughby and his mother was Isabel Annesley. His paternal grandparents were Edmond Willoughby and Issabell; his maternal grandparents were Hugh Annesley and Benedicta deBabington. He was an only child.General Notes
