Judith Empress of the was born in 0800 in Bavaria.  Judith Empress of the's father was Welf Count in the Entgau , Bavaria and Swabia and her mother was Egilwich Abbess of Challes.  Her paternal grandfather was II Welf. She had a brother and two sisters, named Conrad I Count in the Arengau &, Judith Empress of the and Judith.  She was the oldest of the four children.  She died at the age of 43 on April 19th, 0843 in France.
