Randel Vernon

Randel was born in 1639 in Butterworth, England. Randel's father was James Vernon and his mother was Hester Brown.. His paternal grandparents were Hugh Vernon and Elizabeth Eccleston. He had two brothers named Thomas and Robert. He was the second oldest of the three children.
