Philip De Soligny

Philip De was born about 1110 in Umberleigh, Devonshire, England.  Philip De's father was Othoer De Soligneio. He had a brother named Hasculf De.  He was the younger of the two children.  Philip De is no longer alive.

He had a biological daughter named Mabel De.
