Cecily De Rumilly 
Cecily De was born about 1096 in Skipton-in-Craven, Yorkshire, England. Cecily De's father was Robert De Rumilly and her mother was Muriel De Normandie. Her paternal grandfather was Ramfray De Rumilly Sgn. de Dunstanville. She had a sister named Lucy De. She was the younger of the two children.
Cecily De and William Le were married in a religious ceremony about 1115. They had three daughters named Alice Le, Maud Le and Avice De.
