Randolph III Le was born about 1070 in Chester, Cheshire, England.  Randolph III Le's father was Ranulph II Of Bayeux Vicomte of Bayeux and his mother was Maud (Margaret) D' Avranches.  His paternal grandparents were Ranulph Vicomte of Bessin and Alice (Alix) Of Normandy; his maternal grandparents were Richard Of Goz Vicomte d'Avranches and Emma De Conteville. He had three brothers and two sisters, named William Le, Geoffrey De, Robert De, Matilda Le and Agnes Of.  He was the second oldest of the six children. He had two half-brothers named Robert Fitzharold De and John De.  He died in Chester, Cheshire, England.  He was buried in St. Werburgh, Chester, Cheshire, England.
