Giselbert deSalm I Count of Luxembourg

Giselbert deSalm I Count of was born in 1003 in Chateau de Salm,Luxembourg.  Giselbert deSalm I Count of's father was Frederick I Duke of Luxemburg and his mother was Ermentrude Von Gleiberg.  His paternal grandparents were Siegfried (or Siegfroi I) Duke of Luxemburg Count, Luxemburg and Hedwige D'Alsace Von Nordgau; his maternal grandfather was Count Heribert Graf Von Gleiberg. He had two sisters named Ogive (or Otgiva) of and Gisele of.  He was the second oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 56 on August 14th, 1059.

He had a biological son named Konrad I Comte.
