Robert Le Bigod

Robert was born about 1015 in Avranches, Normandy, France and his baptism took place in Malitot, Loges, Chanon, Normandy, France.  Robert's father was Thurstan Le Goz Vicomte d'Hiesmer and his mother was Judith De Monterolier.  His paternal grandparents were Ansfried II Le Goz Vicomte d'Hiesmer and <Unnamed>. He had two brothers named Humphrey De and Richard Of.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died about 1071.

‌Robert and St. Sauveur were married in a religious ceremony about 1034.
