Jacob S. (Jake) Isham 
Jacob S., known as Jake, was born on April 15th, 1845 in Boyle, County Kentucky. Jake's father was Michael R. Isham and his mother was Pricilla Wickersham. His paternal grandparents were James III Isham and Mary Polly (Polly); his maternal grandparents were Sampson Wickersham and Elizabeth Lessenger. He was an only child. He died at the age of 76 on November 22nd, 1921 in Washington County Kentucky. He was buried in Battle Cemetary Battle, Kentucky.General Notes
It is stated Jacob had dark hair, blue eyes, stood 5'9", and had fair skin. 1850 Census, Mercer Co., Ky. p354, #978, Jacob, age 5.
