William Plantagenet of was born on August 17th, 1152 in Le Mans, Sarthe, France.  William Plantagenet of's father was Henry II England "Curtmantle" and his mother was Eleonore of Aquitaine.  His paternal grandparents were Geoffrey V Plantagenet and Matilda (Maud) of England; his maternal grandfather was Guillaume X de Poitou. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Henry Plantagenet of England Prince of, Richard I Lion-Hearted King of, Geoffrey Plantagenet Prince of, Philip Plantagenet Prince of, John "Lackland", Matilda Plantagenet Princess of England, Eleanor Plantagenet Princess of England and Joanna Plantagenet Princess of.  He was the oldest of the nine children. He had eleven half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named William De Longspee Prince of, Henry The Young King of, Geoffery Prince of, Philip Prince of England, William Longespée Earl of, "Lackland", William Plantagenet of, Henry Plantagenet of England Prince of, Geoffrey Plantagenet Prince of, Philip Plantagenet Prince of, "Lackland", Matilda Princess of, Eleanor Plantagenet Princess of, Joanna Princess of, Matilda Plantagenet Princess of England, Eleanor Plantagenet Princess of England, Matilda Plantagenet Princess of England and Eleanor Plantagenet Princess of England.  He died at the age of 3 in April 1156 in Wallingford Castle, Wallingford, Berkshire, England.  He was buried in 1152 in Reading, Berkshire, England.
