Eadgyth (Edith) of England was born about 0909.  Eadgyth (Edith) of England's father was King Edward I of England (The elder) and her mother was Aelflaeda of Wiltshire.  Her paternal grandparents were King Alfred of England (The Great) and Ealhswith (Alswitha) of Mercia; her maternal grandparents were Earl Athelhelm of Wiltshire and Aethelgyth of Mercia. She had a sister named Eadgifu (Edgina) of England. She had two half-brothers named The Magnificent and Alberic.  She died in Germany.  She was buried in Magdeburg, Germany.
