Emperor Basileos I of Byzantium (the Macedonian) 
Basileos I of Byzantium, known as the Macedonian, was born in 0812 in , Adrianople, Turkey. The Macedonian's father was Konstantinos. His paternal grandfather was Hmayeak of Adrianople Mamikonian. He was an only child. He died at the age of 74 on August 29th, 0886.General Notes
