Dorcas WHITING 
Dorcas was born on October 14th, 1704 in Hardwick, Worcester Co., MA.1 Dorcas' father was Samuel WHITING and her mother was Elizabeth REED. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel WHITING and Dorcas CHESTER; her maternal grandparents were Christopher REED and Mrs. Christopher REED. She was an only child. She died at the age of 73 on September 5th, 1778.1 
Dorcas and Benjamin were married in a religious ceremony on December 30th, 1725.1 They had a son named Benjamin.
