Samuel was born on February 8th, 1681 in Weymouth, , MA.1 Samuel's father was Ephraim HUNT and his mother was Joanna ALCOCK. His paternal grandparents were Ephraim HUNT and Alice RICHARDS; his maternal grandparents were DR. John ALCOCK and Sarah PALGRAVE. He was an only child. He died at the age of 47 on January 25th, 1729 in Acushnet, , MA.1
