Josiah was born about 1670 in East HAMPTON, L.I., SUFF. NY. Josiah's father was John EDWARDS and his mother was Mary STANBOROUGH. His paternal grandparents were William EDWARDS and Ann COLE; his maternal grandparents were Josiah STANBOROUGH and Frances GRANSDEN. He was an only child. He died on February 14th, 1713.-
