Ithier Ii De was born in 0825.  Ithier Ii De's father was Ithier I De MERCOEUR.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 45 in 0870.

‌Ithier Ii De and Arsinde were married in a religious ceremony.  They had a son named Bernard De.
