Alberat, Countess Of was born about 1148 in Of Alt-Leiningen,Pfalz,Bavaria.  Alberat, Countess Of's father was Emich III LEININGEN and her mother was Elisabeth Von EBERSTEIN. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Hermann, Count Of, Eberhard, Count Of, Friedrich Emich, Adolf, Count Of, Emich, Count Of, Siegmund, Count Of, Elisabeth Von and Luitgard, Countess Of.  She was the third youngest of the nine children.
