Giraud II was born in 0981.  Giraud II's father was Artaud II de Forez and his mother was Theodeberge UNKNOWN.  His paternal grandparents were Giraud I Forez and Gimberge UNKNOWN.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 77 in 1058.

They had a son named Artaud IV de.
