ESTEPHANIE (Milly)'s father was PHILIPPE de MILLY SIGNEUR de NEAPOLIS and her mother was N.N. de MONTREAL.  Her paternal grandparents were GUY de MILLY and ESTEPHANIE (Rame); her maternal grandfather was MAURICE (Signeur) de MONTREAL.  She was an only child.  She died in 1189.¹ 

They had a daughter named HELVISE.
