Ingraham was born about 1200.¹ Ingraham's father was Robert de Boynton and his mother was Miss Burgh. His paternal grandparents were Thomas de Boynton and Cicely Bradborne; his maternal grandfather was Thomas (Esq) Burgh. He was an only child. He died about 1258.¹
