Mattie Lou Cindy was born on February 16th, 1898 in AL.1 Mattie Lou Cindy's father was Fonza Towry and her mother was Hattie Pricilla Ledbetter. Her maternal grandparents were Reuben Bonburant Ledbetter and Martha P. Freeman. She had three brothers and a sister, named Reuben Leonard, Taylor Rice, Gloomer and Nannie Eddie Bell. She was the second oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 82 on October 29th, 1980 in ?. She was buried in Stewart Creek Cemetery.1 1 -
