Lillie Ethel Thurman 
Lillie Ethel was born on March 11th, 1887 in Desdeniona, TX.1 Lillie Ethel's father was William Thurman and her mother was Mary Ann Farmer. She was an only child. She died at the age of 91 on May 26th, 1978 in Arlington, TX. She was buried in Mansfield Cemetery, (North Section), Mansfield, Tarrant Co., TX.1 1 General Notes

On Aug. 18, 1929, Ethel Arnold placed her four youngest children in the
Odd Fellows Orphanage, in Corsicana, TX. She worked there herself until
they reached maturity. Information by son Leonard Arnold.
