Ruby Merle Stroud

Ruby Merle was born on June 21st, 1895 in Pike Co., AL.¹   Ruby Merle's father was David Stroud and her mother was Martha Low Davison. She had three brothers and five sisters, named John J., Walter Wallace, William Wilson, Nancy Arkansas, Lauada Lenora, Alice Amelia, Annie Belle and Minnie Dell.  She was the youngest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 3 on January 18th, 1899 in Pike Co., AL.  She was buried in Elam Cemetery, Pike Co., AL.^1 1
