George Sheldon

George was born in 1579 in Ashford, Bakewell, Derbyshire, England.¹ George's father was ROGER SHELDON and his mother was HELEN WOODCOCK. His paternal grandparents were RICHARD SHELDON and KATHAREN LITTLETON. He had five brothers and a sister, named ARTHUR, Thomas, Hugh, Ralph, Gilbert and Anne. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 43 on March 26th, 1622 in Bakewell, Derbyshire, England.¹
