Milton Rubin Ryals 
Milton Rubin was born in February 1880 in Marshall County, Alabama.1 Milton Rubin's father was William T., Sr. Ryals and his mother was Frances Elizabeth Bell. His maternal grandparents were Bazel Bell and Ellender Humphry. He had three brothers and eight sisters, named George Washington, William T., Jr., Jesse B., Mary Caroline, Amanda E., Frances Bammey, Sarah Jane, Hattie Lucrecy, Leotti Virginia, Lucy C. and Malley.
