Maranda's father was Archibald* Rials and her mother was Elizabeth* Green. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Archibald, Jr., Archibald, Rials, Jacob, John, Elizabeth, Kissiah*, Evaline, Mary, Delilia and Malinda.
