BRITES was born in 1380.1 BRITES' father was NUNO ALVAREZ COUNT de BARCELLOS PEREIRA and her mother was LEONOR COUNTESS de BARCELLOS ALVIM. Her paternal grandparents were ALVARO GONCALVES PEREIRA and IRIA GONCALVES CARVALHAL; her maternal grandparents were JOAO PEREZ de ALVIM and BRANCA PEREZ COELHO. She was an only child. She died at the age of 33 in 1413.1
