Barbara NEER

Barbara was born in 1782 in Loudoun Co., Virginia.¹ Barbara's father was Henry NEER and her mother was Susanna POTTS. Her paternal grandparents were CONRAD NEER and UNKNOWN NANCY; her maternal grandparents were DAVID POTTS and ANN ROBERTS. She had six brothers and two sisters, named John, David, Henry, Nathan, Amos, Enos, Nancy Ann and Catherine. She was the fifth oldest of the nine children.
