JOHN's father was JOHN (Esquire) MAULEVERER and his mother was DOROTHY MARKENFIELD.  His paternal grandparents were ROBERT (Sir) MAULEVERER and AMISIA TRUSSELL.  He was an only child.

They had a son named HENRY.
