James Lonnie Lindsay

James Lonnie was born on January 22nd, 1888 in LA.¹   James Lonnie's father was Joseph Crawford Lindsay and his mother was Ludie Ann Woods.  His paternal grandparents were James Crawford Lindsay and Elizabeth Wilson. He had four brothers and five sisters, named John L., Thomas Andrew, Joseph C., Willis Robert, Mary Connie, Elizabeth, Susie Ann, Cora Adeline and Flora Bell.  He was the oldest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 78 on May 8th, 1966 in LA.  He was buried in Twin City Memorial Gardens, Ouachita Parish, LA.^1 1
