Cecil Kelley

Cecil was born on June 17th, 1920.¹ Cecil's father was James M. Kelley and his mother was Katie Williams. His paternal grandparents were Reuben Myles Kelley and Nancy Elizabeth Gavin. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Ernest, Kermit, Alice and Gertrude. He was the youngest of the five children.
