Mary Elizabeth was born on September 11th, 1862 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah.1 Mary Elizabeth's father was William James KELSON and her mother was Mary Ann PURCELL. Her paternal grandparents were WILLIAM KELSON and HANNAH JEFFRIES; her maternal grandparents were James PURCELL and Catherine FISHER. She had five brothers and a sister, named William James, John Hezikiah, Joseph Henry, George Albert, Francis Hyrum and Sarah Jane. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 2 on February 15th, 1865 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah.1 -
