Thomas Groom

Thomas was born about 1771.¹ Thomas' father was John, Sr. Groom and his mother was Phebe Cooper. His maternal grandparents were Thomas, Sr. Cooper and Phebe Hibbs. He had two brothers and a sister, named Evan, John, Jr. and Mary. He was the oldest of the four children.
