J. P. Garrett

J. P. was born in 1913.¹   J. P.'s father was William Anderson Garrett and his mother was Amanda Virginia Brooks.  His paternal grandmother was Martha J. Little. He had five brothers and four sisters, named John Ammie, Ernest Greely, William Marvin, Autrie Lee, Carmen Anderson, Lura Bell, Martha Vera, Eva Mae and Cumi.  He was the fourth youngest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 23 in 1936.¹
