Josiah GILBERT

Josiah was born on June 6th, 1750.¹ Josiah's father was John GILBERT and his mother was Sarah MARCHANT. His paternal grandparents were Thomas GILBERT and Elizabeth HOWE. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Eli, John, Lemuel, Thomas, Joel, Agur, Marchant, Anna and Sarah Ann. He was the oldest of the ten children.
