WILLIAM IX (Sir) was born about 1366 in Harewood, Yorkshire, England.1   WILLIAM IX (Sir)'s father was WILLIAM VIII GASCOIGNE and his mother was ELIZABETH MOWBRAY.  His paternal grandparents were WILLIAM VII GASCOIGNE and AGNES (Margaret) FRANKE; his maternal grandparents were Lord) de MOWBRAY (Sir ALEXANDER and ELIZABETH de MUSTERS. He had a sister named AGNES.  He was the older of the two children.  He died on March 28th, 1422.1
