Ellis Lowell Davis 
Ellis Lowell was born on November 19th, 1908 in Laurel Hill, Walton County, Florida.1 Ellis Lowell's father was William Jason Davis and his mother was Eliza Ida F. Cutts. His paternal grandparents were James Monroe Davis and Sarah Caroline Steele. He had four brothers and a sister, named Clarence, Harley Lance, Albert Clanton, Floyd Devoe and Benrice. He was the second youngest of the six children. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Leon Eugene, Edward, Clinton, Wilma Geraldine and Ina Ma. He died at the age of 66 on June 6th, 1975. He was buried on June 9th, 1975 in Ebenezer Cemetery, Laurel Hill, Florida.1 1 -
