Colis Seaborn Cowart

Colis Seaborn was born on September 22nd, 1873.¹   Colis Seaborn's father was Wiley Cowart and his mother was Elizabeth A. Lee.  His paternal grandparents were William Cowart and Nancy Gillespie. He had three brothers named John I., Joseph Charles and Will W..  He was the youngest of the four children.
