Rachel Cooper

Rachel was born in 1785.¹ Rachel's father was Thomas, Jr. Cooper and her mother was Mary Merrick. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas, Sr. Cooper and Phebe Hibbs. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Joseph, Thomas III, Samuel, William, Martha, Phebe, Mary and Hannah. She was the oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 89 in 1874.¹
