William Clere

William was born in 1180.¹   William's father was John Clere and his mother was Amye Amberfield.  His paternal grandparents were Edmund Clere and Maude Martelle; his maternal grandfather was Thomas Amberfield.  He was an only child.

They had a son named Nicholas.
