Jacob's father was John* Clackler and his mother was Mary* Fudge. His maternal grandparents were Jacob* Fudge and Margaret* Gregory. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Aarah, John, Solomon, Mary* Ann, Elizabeth, Margaret, Martha, Rebecca and Sophia.
