Sara Barrett

Sara was born in 1810 in Treecy, Llangarren, Herefordshire, England.¹ Sara's father was JOHN BARRETT and her mother was SUSANNAH MATHEWS. Her paternal grandparents were JOHN BARRETT and MARY HUGHES; her maternal grandparents were WILLIAM MATTHEWS and SUSANNA BENNETT. She had three brothers and four sisters, named WILLIAM, James, John, Ann, Catherine, Eliza and Susan. She was the third youngest of the eight children.
