Sarah was born on April 7th, 1824 in KY. Sarah's father was Zachariah Phillips and her mother was Elizabeth Charles. Her paternal grandfather was Jesse Phillips; her maternal grandparents were George Charles and Nancy Christean Michael. She was an only child. She died at the age of 86 on May 16th, 1910 in Mingo Co., WV.-
