William  Green Meacham

William  Green was born on August 5th, 1812 in Chatham  Co.,  NC.  William  Green's father was Jesse Meacham and his mother was Betty West.  His paternal grandparents were William Meacham and Elizabeth Crutchfield.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 90 on August 7th, 1902 in Chatham  Co.,  NC.

He had a biological son named Moore.
