William Anscell Carter 
William Anscell was born on October 28th, 1591 in Kempston, Bedfordshire, Engand. William Anscell's father was William Carter and his mother was Mary Anscell. His paternal grandparents were William Carter and Elizabeth Cranfield; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Anscell and Elizabeth Wheatley. He was an only child.
