Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Price and Elizabeth Louisa Helton; her maternal grandparents were UNKNOWN Lewis and Elizabeth? UNKNOWN. She had two brothers and three sisters, named John B., Robert, Sary J. Cosby, Minnie and Myrtle. She was the third oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 68 on May 25th, 1945 in Russell County,Virginia.-
